At Vintage™, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or not working, we offer a simple and convenient 30-day return policy. Our goal is to give you confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.

Our Return Process


  1. Contact our support team at vintageusers@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your watch to initiate a return.

  2. Safely pack your watch in its original condition and send it to the provided address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund or replacement. Processing usually takes 7–14 days.

Optionally, for minor issues or if you simply want an exchange, we can offer a partial refund or replacement, at our discretion.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your watch must:


  • Remain in its original, unaltered condition.

  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or use.

  • Keep all tags and protective stickers intact.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Watches

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will provide either a replacement or full refund to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping cost to you, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This approach allows us to maintain competitive prices while ensuring a fair return process for all our customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has a tracking number or is in the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible. A small administrative fee of 5% will apply to cover processing costs.
