We process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If your item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly, contact us at vintageusers@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Shipping fees for returns are covered by the customer; initial shipping remains free.

Order cancellations are only accepted before shipment. Once tracking is issued, the order cannot be canceled. A 5% processing fee applies to cancellations.
